Best Price Guarantee
If you have booked a boat with us and you find out that you could have booked a salon boat elsewhere at a cheaper price, we will compensate the price difference! Make sure that you contact us directly within 24 hours after making the reservation.
In order to process the claim, we ask you to provide the following information:
- Your first and last name or company name
- A copy of the quotation sent by us
- The URL of the webpage value found cheaper price
- If this information is not complete, we cannot process it
The following conditions apply if you wish to make a claim for compensation for a cruise reservation:
- The cheaper rate must have been offered by another online boat rental booking site in Amsterdam
- The cheaper price must be a reservation for the same date and time.
- The cheaper price must be for the same boat, including the package
- If the competitive reservation is part of an offer promotion, early booking discount, promotion or a last-minute offer or other promotions, the lowest price guarantee cannot be applied.
- The cheaper price must be known and recognized to us within 24 hours from the time of reservation.
Also, the lowest price guarantee can only be valid if the booking conditions of the other online booking site are exactly the same as ours. The guarantee is also only valid if the reservation is complete. So mutually confirmed and completed. Cancellations and “no-shows” are not compensated.
If all the conditions mentioned above are not met, the General Terms and Conditions will continue to apply.
